Mystery metal; 12 cm not 12 inches
It’s supposed to be stainless steel but arrived bent and flexed when I pressed to flatten it. Also, photo showed a straight edge with 12 units which I assumed was inches (it was cm). I consider it unsafe to use in the kitchen, so am returning it.

This is a cool kitchen gadget!
I didn't know these existed, but I do forget some conversions and am not good at eye balling measurements so this is definitely helping me with it. It's pretty thick metal and the writing is engraved so it won't just wash off which a lot of kitchen stuff does so I try to avoid those!
