Q: What's the depth and the width of the sitting area?

Ok, as far as I can see the width and depth are almost the same (if you allow for the curvature of the depth measurement. This would put it at approximately 19 inches x 19 inches, give or take a very small amount. For the average person it is fine and you can always push the arms up to give maximum seatng. Hope this helps.

Q: Are the armrests actually adjustable or do they just flip to an up or down position?

Hello there. The arms don't adjust, but do go up so that they are not in the way for those of us who like to work without the arms, but rest arms on them if simply sitting relaxed. Hope this helps. The chair is very comfortable, although I am going to get a back support to push me forward a little. I am small and need the extra back support.

Q: does the back recline or is it rigid?

The whole chair reclines, i.e. both the seat and back recline together. There is adjustment to set the spring tension allowing it to move more easily or require more effort. It is also possible to lock it in the upright position. It isn't possible however to set the angle of the seat back relative to the seat itself, this is fixed.

Q: Does it lock in recline position?

I have not tried this as I won't use it for reclining!
