Bought some discus and they were riddled with worms. (Rookie mistake)Cant get this in UK so sent away for it from the US. Arrived fast and worked fast A+

Great product suspected a parasite infection on my 2 goldfish so used this. The symptoms disappeared so it did it's job. Treatment took 2x48 hours.I will say, it does not go a long way if u have a big tank and no smaller hospital tank. Other then that all was good.One side note! This item (dispite it being uk amazon) ships from the USA. So be ready for a long shippping. That being said! orderd this on the 6 of february and got it by the 15 of february! Don't waste your time with other fish meds this one is amazing ,fish was lying on its side , bloated belly for 2 days put it in hospital tank and next day it was up swimming about ,first fish I have every saved thanks to api general ,make sure you have it before any fish get sick because it takes a few weeks to arrive from USA .miracle medicine just stick with this one and throw out the rest ,it treats a variety of diseases in days and takes the guess work out of it .🐠👍🏻

I used this mainly as a preventative measure and because I wasn't certain there was anything wrong with my fish but I had a few deaths of new fish so thought this would at least help.I added new fish on Friday after acclimating them (Rainbowfish) for couple hours then waited a few hours and started with this treatment. Followed the instructions to a tee and will be doing my water change today. In the space of time since starting this treatment 4 of my 6 new rainbows have developed ich. I don't think General Cure treats for ich so I can't blame the meds for this so 4 stars for me at least from a preventative point of view.

Didn't help with my beta problem but as not really sure what it is cant blame this product and I do know it works for a lot of other problems
