I purchased this watch for my daughter’s boyfriend. My daughter died and he wanted a pocket watch with their picture. I ordered this watch, included the picture . I went to check out and it would not allow me to it wanted to know how I wanted it engraved . I put “None” and the watch came engraved with “None”. The company said it’s my error. “None” means not any. Picture was included but just paper and no covering to protect the picture. It’s made really cheap and I pretty much knew it would be because of cost.

We were very disappointed as this was a birthday present for an 80 year old. It is poorly made, and the picture is glued on, like a craft I could have done at home for way cheaper. We got it last minute so won't return but I'm embarrassed to gift it because it looks so cheap with a glued Pic. The engraving is nice but the fact the picture is poorly cut and glued ruined it for us.

This was so poorly made. Thoughtless. The picture is all wrinkly. I had this made in remembrance of a friend’s mom and I’m embarrassed to even gift it. Nothing is covering the picture. I couldn’t literally done this myself. The engagement on the back isn’t italic or anything pretty. Just cheaply made.

I didn’t like it poor quality.
