Short cords!
The crocks are great. The cords are extremely short and sometimes too short to reach my plugins. I tried putting one in a shelf so it was high enough to reach. The plug kept falling out. We had to use a bottle to hold the cord in place so it would not come out of the plug. This was on the rectangular unit. The other unit just had a short cord but stays plugged in. It’s worth it to buy individually for more money to be able to use them properly.

Wonderful set of crockpots.
I haven’t been able to find the shallow crockpot in the store but Amazon has them! They both work great to feed large crowds. I’ve only used them a couple times but the shallow one cooks meat great and holds the temp.
