Q: I paid $45 for a 3-pack and only got one bottle. What gives???

I paid $42 for three and received only two. :(

Q: Got products (3 ct.) on nov 24 but expiry date is 04/2020. too short to preserve them. how to replace them ? only "return" and no compatible options.

Hi there, most Cetaphil products are shelf-stable, so they’ll last for many years as long as they’re not exposed to extreme temperatures. If the consistency of the product remains the same and there’s no change in color or odor, the product should be suitable for use.
