Love this product, it temporarily plumps up my lips. To me, it feels like a pleasant "stinging" sensation, if that makes any sense. I also think it conditions my lips, which can get a little dry. Stays on well. Quick tip, just dab it on, don't try to put on like regular lipstick.

Will not buy this brand.
It's basicly a plain lip gloss. No plumping what so ever (I have products to compare to that I've used). Giving it 2 stars for super cute slim design & color.
