Really effective non stick!
What a joy to finally find ovenware that really shrugs grease and caramelisation. I use these for Mediterranean vegetables at 200 deg C with only a thin covering of olive oil and no hard baked-on residue whatsoever. I had a baked camembert overflow from its box the other day - remarkably the gungy crusty sticky goo didn't stuck to the baking tray!!?
