Telegraph Crosswords
Really good all round general knowledge crosswords. Great selection of questions on various subjects some more testing than others but great for keeping the brain active.

Same clues in every puzzle!
What a con. The same clues appear in many of the puzzles, often on consecutive pages. Despite this book containing 150 puzzles, there's only about 60 different clues! (I exaggerate, but...)...And you have to be Sir Herbert Gusset or a contemporary to have a chance of solving them....I also suspect that a hefty number of answers were chosen just to shoehorn them into the difficult layout of letters already in the grid (eg 'Third largest city in Mozambique', or 'Nobel prize runner-up in 1952 for work on electronic wave patterns'). Okay, I made those up but it gives you an idea. Finally, some of these puzzles are a good few years old, judging by the questions about who's who in the cabinet.Gave it two stars as it was good for the memory: 'damn - had that clue in the last puzzle - now what was the answer?'
