Works well, but largely useless without EPG
Although the product works well and is easy to set up, without the built in EPG that Xbox have removed from their systems, this is largely useless. You have to manually scroll through all the channels to find the one you want and have no idea what's on.

Great for the price, HD channels, and rewinds live tv
I bought this because it was so cheap ( at the time of writing £5.95 ) and it gives you access to HD channels which my built in tuner doesn't.I turned on my Xbox One S, plugged the tuner into the Xbox, and my bedroom aerial into the aerial connection on the tuner. ( Aerial is required )It automatically picked up that I had a tuner and I held down the xbox button to take me to the setup. I went through the setup, kept the default option Freeview and it scanned for channels. Picked up all the channels nicely and then setup live rewind - it sets aside 4GB of space on your Xbox so it can pause and rewind live tv.Once setup it was great aside from the menu being fairly unintuitive on an xbox controller, and oddly the bottom triggers are fast forward and rewind, so you have to be careful setting down your controller. As I understand it you can get around this by using the Xbox Smart Glass phone app like a remote control but I haven't tried it yet.But overall great for the price, glad I picked it up.

Pretty good with Xbox, even better with Raspberry pi
Purchased this because the tuner in my TV didn't have any live pause functionality and while HD could not tune Freeview HD channels. This added both of these functions to my Xbox One..However!, this really comes into it's own when you connect it to a Raspberry Pi, with a bit of tinkering, research and setup it can easily surpass Freeview+ HD boxes easily for about half the cost, all in.Some things to be aware of, the process of setting this up with a raspberry pi can be a little involved so be aware of that, but it is well worth putting the time in.With OSMC and TVHeadend and the appropriate firmware (available online) you gain DVR functionality, not only that you can set up recordings over your network, steam live tv and recordings to tablets, phones and PCs, you can also set your Pi up to record to network connected drives. One big standout feature (unavoidable on most DVRs, due to draconian DRM schemes) is the ability to transfer recordings to playback on other devices (Including HD content :-) ).Well recommended to anyone who knows a little bit about computers, and is willing to put a little bit of time in to set this up.

Be wary buyimg from 2022 onwards
Adapter works when connected up to xbox one s however microsoft have disabled the guide feature so to browse channels you now need to go through them in order ( maybe different with media remote not had one to check ) and you cannot view a list like you would want on freeview. Aslong as yoy know the stations you after may not be a deal breaker if you can get it cheap. To confirm these do not work at all on series s or x console.

Works well
I needed a quick freeview replacement after having too many issues with SkyQ and this simple little adapter works well enough as a cheap temporary solution before deciding on a decent freeview recorder box. My TV has a terrible EPG on its basic freeview and the inbuilt youview app on it is sluggish at best. With this I get a smooth experience and a decent EPG. I just plugged it in and got a prompt that it was connected and I simply followed the on screen instructions to set it up. some channels (mostly the +1's and the movie channels) didn't tune properly though and it added them to the end of the list with no program information, but this could be my aerial. It is definitely easier to use with a media remote though.

Xbox TV Tuner
It works and allows you to watch TV on your Xbox.BUT TV guide does not work as a result of which you can not record programs. It does however appear to show HD channels so for the price is good value for money. I have also read that others have had good results connecting it to a Raspberry Pie which I may do in the future.

It does work with Xbox One X (UK)
I have read reviews that this item does not work with certain Xbox variants. I have a 2017 Xbox One X and it works perfectly for me. I had to plug the USB into the front of the console and add a tv, I use a projector in setting and it works as you would expect. I cannot get the guide to work but I only watch the horror channel anyway.
