DF64E Electronic Dosing Espresso Grinder (Black)

I have been trying to call this company MiiCoffee for over a week now I receive NO callbacks no answers no acknowledgment whatsoever. . If you ever wish support with a product you buy from them do not buy from this seller and save yourself some grief.

This is quite an upgrade from the previous version. Looks like they’ve taken Hoffmann’s advice to heart and made major improvements to this version. I love it. Will buy another.

Not good for espresso. Retention is so bad it clogs itself. And if it doesn’t clog it self it will regrind the grind that didn’t make it out the chute and create fines that will cause channeling in your shots. I even tried with SSP Unimodal same issue.

Changing the grind size from fine to course makes very little difference. Does not grind fine enough for espresso, DESPITE being the E espresso model. In addition, changing the grind size to the course setting will not grind the beans course enough for lighter roast coffees. It will however produce a grind size for a dark roast bean for V60 pours but for $499 it it not worth it. Disappointed

This is the staple in a hood espresso drink. Works amazing. Quality product. Very happy with it.

First off this grinder is a beast. It’s powerful. Some reviewers have expressed no difference no matter if I adjust fine or course. Some of these grinders mine included because of shipping or at factory was not calibrated. Now I opened mine which is easy and adjusted the burrs idk if I got the burrs to be exactly at zero but I can tell you I went from a waterfall on some settings to choking the espresso machine. So you need to adjust your burrs.Number two some have said the grinder jumps. That’s torque. This grinder has power you need to put this on a rubber mat or a surface that’s not slippery. That’s why it jerks. Yes other grinder do not do this but this one does. Secure your grinder. Otherwise you can’t beat this for the money.

Poor build quality. Jumps when engaged.
