Really thick and cakey, lots and lots of seeds that I personally find bad texture wise. It doesn't really toast that well, but if you really want to try this product I do recommend having it with a warm meal. Over all, don't recommend, because there will be breads naturally high in protein available in regular shops (which go down much better).
