These straps replaced the OEM straps on a 20 yr old LifeCycle 5500HR. Good fit, easy to replace. The material is more like a vinyl\plastic where the originals felt more like rubber. They seem to work ok, fit is satisfactory. Don’t know how long they will last. Price was decent.

Purchased these for Life Fitness 5500R Lifecycle. Snaps onto pedals easily, fully adjustable, super strong/ sturdy. Great value.

I ordered a pair of the Universal Replacement Long Pedal Straps replacement shown in the Amazon ad primarily because it shows 9 edges on the long side, which I felt would be very adequate to enable my feet in my size 12 sneakers to fit securely and comfortably. As can be seen in the pic I included below, the pedal straps I received were not the ones ordered, in that there are only 7 edges provided on the long side. This turned out not to be a problem, however, since my size 12s fit comfortably and securely in these pedal straps (which I THINK are by ZSFLZA) when fastened to the last/7th edge. I would have preferred to have the 8th and 9th edges in case I wear a wider sneaker than I usually use to exercise; and for this reason I deducted 1 Star from my overall rating. This perhaps is giving more credit to the ones I ordered than they deserve because, in honesty, I’ll never really know if the 2 extra edges would have provided any more overall length than the 7 edge pair I received. It’s possible that the distance between each of the 9 edges might be less than the distance between the 7 edges.

Fits my Schwinn 170 upright bike. These look as durable as the original straps. I used it yesterday and it felt great. For Schwinn 170 users, note that these straps may be a bit longer than the original ones. Other than that, there is nothing to be concerned about. Great purchase, highly satisfactory.

Perfect fit

The material of these pedal straps is stiff, inflexible plastic. It is almost impossible to get the holes in the strap to fit into the pegs on the pedals. You could break your fingers trying. I returned these and instead got some OEM ones for my LifeFitness exercise bike. It's part number 0K63-01238-0206. You can find it on a couple of different exercise equipment websites. You're welcome.

There is a slight plastic smell, but overall these are a great value for my old exercise bike to make it more like riding with clamps. Unless you really need the motivation, a simple garage sale bike and new straps can save thousands over the latest equipment. These have held up really well. This is a PAIR, so you only need to buy one set per exercise bike.

There's not a lot to say about such a simple item. But it shipped and arrived promptly. They go on relatively easily, compared to other straps I have wrestled with. They are probably only 1 notch longer than average but that makes a big difference, and is likely enough unless you have a truly enormous foot.
