Very good product , high quality, easy for use

I've been taking this for 2 weeks now, and I have definitely noticed a difference within myself. I have been having quite severe anxiety and depressive feelings for a few months, although I've had it a lot of my life but it got to the point where I felt I seriously need to make some changes and help myself. What I like most about it is that it's not a feeling of being spaced out, or a high feeling which I was most worried about, it's a feeling of being 'normal' and like I am more in the present moment, it makes me feel really relaxed. I've been doing other things such as meditation and running which I'd recommend to anyone else suffering with anxiety, and panic attacks. The taste isn't nice but you get used to it, and the benefits make it so it doesn't matter anyway. I feel sometimes sleepy when I take this, but not in a fatigued way. Truly recommend.

I will definitely recommend this product, I started having anxiety and sleepless nights weeks ago, anxiety is very scary and stressful. After reading so many articles and reviews about ashwagandha, I ordered one highly reviewed. Unfortunately, I couldn't take it due to the alcohol in it, I further searched for the alcohol free one. Honestly, after 4 days of taking this one together with magnesium supplements, I am now sleeping like I never did in months. My anxiety is decreasing. Am going to keep going with it and more prayers hoping for the best results. Overall, am happy.

It's very good natural adaptogen. It helps to strengthen the general condition of the body and the nervous system, also normalize the hormonal background. I bought it for my son, he is very satisfied. He has become more energetic and copes with stress better. Check the instructions for contraindications.

I usually purchase this brand of ashwaganda. Normally its a smooth watery brown liquid. This bottle ordered this time round had loads of brown bits in it. Gave it a good shake but doesn't look the same at all. Never had one with clumps of brown (I assume root) bits.Bottles in date. So I assume the formula has changed or perhaps this is a different method of extraction?

Tastes better in a more citrus drink with lemon and honey in water. I like this product and think it helps and it lasts long

Massively helps my sleeping issues. Needs to be taken an hour or so before going to bed. Calms the stress if you have anxiety before bedtime
