Knorr Fiesta Taco Rice Sides 5.4 oz, Quick Easy Meal, Side Dish, 8PK

I've been using Knorr Rice Sides for several years now, with the Taco Rice being one of my favorites. Great for doing deluxe burritos, but my favorite thing to make is chicken and rice wraps. Just dust a chicken breast in taco seasoning and bake it, then dice it up, add it to the Knorr rice with a little sour cream just to bind everything together, then spoon the mixture onto some soft taco tortillas, top it with a little cheese, then roll it up. Quick, simple, delicious, and makes for even easier leftovers on the go.

Our family loves these rice packets. I use them in multiple dishes - mostly ones where I dump the rice packet in uncooked and use cans of diced tomatoes and/or corn to (sometimes enchilada sauce) to let it look the rice in a casserole dish. Great flavor, comes out consistent. Good amount.

These are great, they taste great and their versatile, for home use by there selves, or with a meal, backpacking/camping emergency situations etc.

Tasty and fast to make, I use these for surprise company and mooching family members looking for a free meal. My wife and I are on a budget and strictly ration our costly food for ourselves. Highly recommended!

Taste isn’t over powering. Not hot spicy. Easy to add things to personalize. Think taco bar with rice as the shell. Easy and fast.

Fiesta Taco Rice Side.. Well it is ok.. But not much Fiesta taco flavor, mostly pasta, not rice.. good for survival food.. not my favorite..

For those that have basic cooking skills. The Knorr rice sides - are sides until you add some things like meat. Adding beef to this 'Taco' dish would make it a main course meal. The Knorr side dishes are pantry foods like freeze dried food (only cheaper) that keep for a long time. I bought this flavor because I like the seasoning and I like rice.

These, like all the Lipton/Knorr sides, are pretty close to perfect prepper, camping, emergency food! Unlike Mountain House which in our opinion is close to dog food sometimes, these cook perfectly every time. They will settle after.a couple of years but they re-powder the sec you add the water. Never had one go bad....but they aren't good for 25 years. I'd say five outside. But a buck a pop compared to $10? That's a no brainer!
