Fantastic
These supplements are really good, I have noticed a difference in my knees since taking them. I run 5km about 4/5 times a week and I started to get really aching knees esp at night, I started to rake these supplements and the pain has virtually gone. They capsules are easy to swallow, they have no flavour and are packaged well.

Reduces arthritis pain.
I am 65 years old, and have arthritis in both wrists, and thumbs. This product is top quality, and better than others that I have tried. Worth getting from amazon, as it is a lot cheaper than the major High Street shop.

Always trust Pukka!
I had some blood tests which showed signs of inflammation (despite not being unwell) so I started to take these along with my other daily vitamins. The tablets are quite large but for someone who couldn’t swallow tablet for ages, they do go down easily. Can’t report any noticble effects directly due to taking these but I’ll update when I have the next blood tests in November.
