Started taking this due to research around covid. Powder is very fine, not gritty, taste is a little funky and earthy but when added to a smoothie makes it better.

Just to be sure, this is not natto starter, it cannot be used to generate life/natto in new beans, it is some sort of additive/that was derived from natto, and ground or done something that cannot re-grow natto from.just be aware when purchasing, we were convinced that natto powder, means, can generate natto from, but that is NOT the case as later confirmed by seller.
