Nearly perfect, and still functioning after 4 years!
The media could not be loaded. After several attempts to get cheap, stand alone security cameras fited at my house, and coming across various hardware and software issues, I decided to try a more expensive system with NVR. This system seemed to get good reviews so I bought one.The Good -1. Easy to mount, easy to install.2. Setup easy - I use my PC monitor and simply switch inputs to view the camera pictures3. Clear pictures, although not as clear as the advertising would suggest although that could be displaying on a 31" monitor4. Easy network recognition5. Instructions easy to follow and software sensible.6. Night vision absolutely superb - the built in infra-red LEDs transmit light up to about 30-40 yards with clear details. Closer to the cameras, they act like searchlights! Very impressed with this aspect. The not so good -1. On wireless, frequent camera drop-outs requiring linking back up using a long network cable, ladders etc.2. Susceptible to adverse weather, again causing signal and camera drop out (no harware failures though)3. Alarm sensitivities very hard to manage - needed to use lowest setting to prevent literally THOUSANDS of emails/mobile warnings every day for flies passing the cameras! Eventually had to disable alarms until I set it up better.4. Wireless range poor, even after adding much bigger high-gain aerials to the cameras5. Bloody spiders spinning webs over the cameras! In the end, I bought a network router and hard-wired the cameras to my home network. So far, this has pevented dropouts, and the one camera on wireless is still connected. However, we have only had dry warm sunny weather since these changes, so I await winter's ravages!UPDATE October 2018The system has been excellent since I hard wired into the network, which was at minimal extra cost - I used a TP-Link 5-port adapter to link all the cameras into one network cable - cost £11.99 on Amazon. I also used white plastic drainpipe to make some weatherproof shields for the camera - again, minimal cost, and 4" pipe fits prefectly around the camera housing with no need for glue, zip ties etc. As a result, the cameras have been functioning perfectly, unless I make any changes to the network, in which case I re-connection is necessary via the software suite. No further camera dropouts!Damn spiders remain a nuisance though - a feather duster on a long pole has become a standard maintenance device! The HDD has become a little noisy recently, and I'm considering changing to an SSD but I'll think about that one. All in all, a solid purchase.July 2019 - my neighbour lost some items from her car, and asked me to check my cameras to see if someone had stolen them. I found this - (fortunately the spider webs weren't in the way)I have changed the NVR storage to SSD and the unit is now absoluetly silent.UPDATE June 2022I moved house about 18 months ago and didn't know the new place already had a CCTV system installed. So, my home system seemed to be surplus to requirements until I found out we have barn owls nesting in our large shed! I wired up the cameras to watch the owls, and have been getting great pictures. Again the setup is connected using network cables, and a network switch into which the cameras are plugged. The switch is plugged in to a powerline adapter ion the shed, and picked up in the house. The NVR is plugged in to one of the DV in sockets on my PC monitor. The results are great! The cameras and NVR have functioned faultlessly, and have been subjected to some fairly harsh weather. These are quality items, and worth paying for.

Great system, excellent customer service.
With a rise in break-ins in my area I felt the time was right to invest in some CCTV. I'd been considering various options for a while and finally went for this system after reading the generally positive reviews on Amazon. When the product arrived it appeared well packaged and the cameras themselves seem very sturdy and well put together. The interface used with the system is (like with most CCTV systems I've used), basic - that said, it works well for the purpose it serves.Connecting to my iPad/iPhone was very straightforward and the interface through the app is easy to use and gives peace of mind being able to watch away from the house.Set up of the system is very straight forward. Literally plug and play! I did have a few issues with connectivity with one of the cameras initially but using the option to 'bounce' the signal from one camera to another as a Wi-Fi relay has solved that issue. At present I've only got 3 of the 4 cameras set up - all on the outside of the house. Poor weather does seem to affect the connectivity of one of the cameras (Strangely enough, the one closest to the CCTV system receiver).I did try the motion detection alert system which I found to be over-sensitive, even on the lowest sensitivity setting. I've since disabled that function. So overall, very pleased - if you're looking for a simple to use, plug-and-play CCTV system for extra security, I would recommend this system.Update May 2020I had to remove the cameras due to moving house. 3 of 4 had become ‘seized’ and the collar which allows adjustment of the angle of the camera had become stuck. No matter how much releasing oilI used, the wouldn’t budge.Contacted Yeskamo. Excellent service- 3 new cameras posted out and replaced free of charge. They’ve now been paired with the system and are back up and running. Can’t praise the customer service enough!

Good quality product.
I have recently installed these following a spate of burglaries nearby. They arrived quickly and were neatly boxed. The 2 megapixel cameras are of good quality and the 2TB NVR has generous capacity. The system is easy to set up and while remote viewing on Android can be difficult initially to configure, the fact that it is P2P rather than depending on DYNDNS is an advantage. I chose Yeskam due to its wireless connectivity though in hindsight hard wiring if feasible may be a better option. I had some problems configuring the Android app and found tech support to be helpful and responsive. Some of the instructions are lost in translation as are some of the online videos but overall if you take your time you'll get there.I considered giving a 5 star Mark but while the product itself is in my opinion of excellent quality and support very helpful, i would suggest that instructions need to be improved. I'm from a technical background but non techies may struggle. Power cords at 3m approx could also be longer. Night vision not bad but as with many CCTV systems , is somewhat exaggerated.Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase.
