I’ve been using the XL 7ml version since April (just on both big toenails), and I’m only halfway through the bottle, so it’s great value. I’ve had issues with these nails for 20 years, stemming from ingrown toenails, and nothing over-the-counter has worked—until now. No filing required (though I do occasionally, as it can’t hurt), and for the first time, my nails are growing out properly and look white and healthy. The formula is watery (not like nail polish), so be careful not to get it on your skin. Genuinely impressed!

It works, but it’s expensive and it takes a long time. On the other hand, nothing else I’ve tried has been successful. Most of my toenails had very bad infections (I am a dancer), discoloured and thickened, but they are now clearing up nicely.First of all, forget the special applicator. This only works on the surface of the nails, which is not sufficient. Use the brush and apply liberally to the surface, in between where the nail protrudes from the flesh, and down the sides of the nails. You can see the nail going transparent as the Excilor penetrates.As a bottle empties it’s difficult to get a good amount on the brush so I saved the part empty bottles and tipped them into the next bottle when there was room. Another point to watch is that the bottles are very unstable and easily get knocked over (expensive waste!). I supported them in an egg cup.Remember that toenails grow VERY slowly and it takes a long time before you can see any effect. After about six months I could see a clear half-moon growing below the old infected part of the nail. Even then, I still gave my nails an occasional application, especially after cutting them, which exposed the old crumbly portion.Only four stars because of the high cost!

It’s only been a week but i can see changes already, i had been wearing gel polish and then vanish over till it grew out this lead to the big toenails having white and yellow patches and within one week i can honestly say they are fifty percent better .

Well I've had this item coming up to a month now, still got the fungus, still not sure wait until the bottle is empty!!
