Easy and smooth.
Installs quickly and runs smoothly. You need a deep socket or a ratcheting box end wrench to install. You could use an open end wrench but it will take forever.

mYMy friend has a large property with horses. I put 2 of these on 2 different gates, that had to be picked up to open and close on a post. These are the best. Now all I have to do is ROLL the gates open and close. So easy to install and stays in place, even on the lower frame area of an old gate. Will buy more when needed for other gates on the property.

there are two sizes, be sure you order the correct size for your tubing.
I bought two of these for two chain link fence gates that kept sagging. They are working wonderfully. Wish I had found these last year. I did order the wrong size the first time, the 1 5/8 in when I had 1 3/8 tubing. I was able to make it work by using a couple of large nuts as spacer/washers so I didn't run out of thread before it was tightened properly.
