Q: Is this product good for grinding down pretuding screw heads?

Have not tried that - might be OK, they seem pretty tough.

Q: will these fit a dremmel tool

These tools have a 6mm (1/4in) round shaft. This will be too big for most Dremel tools which usually have a 3.2mm (1/8in) capacity. They are suitable for use with cordless or mains drills and die grinders.

Q: Are these grinding stones any good for smoothing the cement layers between bricks in a wall?

I would not recommend using them for any large project, they are designed for metal, and need to be spun very fast. A standard electric drill would be too slow and the stones would either get clogged up or ware down quickly

Q: Can this be used to sharpen knives

Probably - for safety the knife would have to be in a vice, and I am not sure how good a job they would do - personally I use a specific tool for sharpening knives, a lot easier.
