Excellent communication between the seller and myself. The item was faulty and within 24hours another ball was here. This was a present for my husbands birthday, he's a big bears fan,and very fussy😄. Great product, thank you.

Impossible to inflate
I’d give this zero stars if I could. We’ve had three of these balls, couldn’t inflate any of them. Took the last one to a local American Football coach to make sure we weren’t doing something wrong, he couldn’t do it either, agreed that it was defective. Such a shame.

Great Product, the valve is inside! 👍
Ordered a replacement ball as I believed the first one to be faulty, as no valve appeared to be present. This was visible on the replacement but then disappeared. Turns out this just happens when you adjust the outer skin. Have decided to keep both as when pumped up, is a great looking product, and company was very responsive and quick to act when there was a problem. Recommend

This ball is the perfect size (smaller than the size of a standard American football) and quality is great. It comes deflated as standard but if shipping to mainland UK you can request they inflate it for you which was immensely helpful! Super speedy delivery, definitely recommend
