Not fully compatible with Godox SK400 II
The item it's advertised as 18cm reflector but actually the real size is 3-4mm more.The result is a common 18" honeycomb grids doesn't fit tight (infact they are very loose) and you're going to see the grid falling on the floor after few seconds or minutes (depends on the tolerances and material expanding with heat).Also, compared to others similar branded reflector, it's shorter and if you the modelling light fitted it will interfere with the honeycomb grid, leading to a even worse fit of it.The Bowens attachment seems working as intended but the fault encountered are a big downside for me.Unfortunately I've to return this item.I'll add a comparison picture with another reflector as soon as possible.

Not compatible with with its own family of products
These are billed as 'Bowens compatible.'This is only partially true. These shades do have the standard Bowens three point mounting and fit well enough to my new Neewer strobes.However. the slot for the umbrella stem is in the wrong place and can't be changed.If you bought these to use with umbrellas they'll be useless as the umbrella stem will exit half way around the strobe where there's no fixing.How silly is this.?Not the fault of the seller, this issue lies with the manufacturer.Fortunately I have some metalwork shills and introduced a slot in the correct location but I should not have had to do this.Update. Neewer's answer.. ? They aren't Bowens compatible. Change the strobe, keep the shade.

Disappointed - despite extensive research this does not fit the Neewer Mini Pioneer Series. I will still keep it as there does not seem to be many other options for these lights but I will have to attach using duck tape as the opening is just slightly smaller than the size of the light.

Be careful. If you using honeycombs. 2mm difference means they won’t sit snuggly.

Perfect Addition to my Impact Flash
I bought this to use with an Impact flash for my photo booths. (Impact SF-ABRL160) It is a perfect fit and with a cloth over the front of it gave me a great little light. This unit seems well made. Not too heavy nor too cheap.
