Nice cards. Struggling to work through the meanings as used to following more of a story but the illustrations are amazing and the explainations are interesting.

Wow this deck and packaging is stunning you can get lost in the details & beauty of each card lots to pull from in readings intuitively. The book is the same hardback high standard full colour well worth the price. I have heard people are complaining the card stock is not on par with Eric's last deck Tarot Illuminati. After comparing the two as I own both decks, Tarot Illuminati had gold guilding which makes the cards feel thicker and more sturdy the card stock is the same as the last deck, However this deck doesn't have the gold guilding but the card stock is actually really nice sturdy and will last a long time. It's well worth the money. Card stock great in comparison to other decks that are paper thin ahem (Llewelyn) I wish all Tarot decks would have this great quality and packaging it certainly sets the bar high. Go ahead and get it you won't not be disappointed the book alone is worth the price. Eric has done it again i hope to see more from this very talented artist 5*s all the way love it can't go wrong great for beginners and advanced readers alike it's all there in this beautiful package

Just got this and it is a beautiful deck and book. Personally I would never used these cards as I have my own that I use, but having a look at the cards and book, I know that these cards would be a perfect fit for somebody to use

Beautiful deck but I am very disappointed that I have two cards the same and one card missing. I would appreciate a refund or another deck sent to me to replace this dodgy one I have received.

Questo è il secondo mazzo di Tarot di Erik C. Dunne e Kim Huggens. Il primo, "Il Tarot Illuminati" lo considero uno dei più belli al mondo, ma anche dei più potenti, al pari del Tarot di Marsiglia e di Crowley, per capirci. Questo è altrettanto bello, come potete vedere dalle foto allegate, ma non è straordinario, per me, come il Tarot Illuminati. Senz'altro, però, è da inserire nella propria collezione. La confezione è super-elegante, il libro ha la copertina rigida, è a colori, ha il segnapagina in raso ed è molto, molto corposo. Il libro è in inglese, ma è assolutamente di pregio sotto ogni punto di vista, nella forma e nel contenuto, sin nel più piccolo dettaglio, in una parola è curatissimo. Ciò che è stato fatto male, per me, è il contenitore delle carte, perché quando si apre la confezione si rischia di perdere delle carte. Insomma, le carte dovevano stare dentro uno scatolino ben chiuso e non così all'aperto, anche perché cadono davvero ogni volta che si apre il cofanetto. Il filo di raso per sollevare le carte dal contenitore si spellacchia tutto, perciò non serve e, inoltre, come si vede dall'ultima foto, il rivestimento in plastica trasparente della scatola di custodia delle carte si sta già scollando tutto. Andiamo alle carte: sono dei quadri, una più bella dell'altra, e i colori sono accesissimi, mentre nel Tarot Illuminati lo stile era più gotico, con colori freddi. Manca il bordino nero, che invece c'è nel Tarot Illuminati, ma qui avrebbe rovinato le carte, tutte create con colori caldi. Io avrei messo comunque un bordino, non certamente nero, ma con colori caldi, perché racchiude le carte e aumenta la concentrazione. La qualità delle carte è molto buona, se si considera quel che circola in giro come qualità del Tarot. Non è eccellente, non è sufficiente, ma meritano un bell'8 sen'altro.Andiamo a Kim Huggens, che per me è un'artista straordinaria. Non ti spiega le carte, ma per ognuna di esse, come nel Tarot Illuminati, scrive una sorta di strano racconto, delle pagine che, strano ma vero, riescono a dirti molto più di mille parole durante una stesa. L'eccellenza di Dunne, in sostanza è assolutamente merito per il 50% della Huggens, di questo non ho dubbio, perché sono le sue parole che trasformano le carte di Dunne in dei veri e propri oracoli. Che dire di più? Non si possono non avere!

Leider hat der Publisher wie bereits schon beim Illuminati-Deck billiges Kartenmaterial verwendet. Negatives Feedback zum Bessermachen war ja genug vorhanden. Hat aber nicht geklappt. Immerhin ist diesmal die billige Goldfolierung der Seiten weggefallen. Deshalb lassen sich die Karten nun besser mischen, was schon mal ein Riesenvorteil ist. Das ist aber dann schon für mich der einzige Kritikpunkt, weil Dunne und Hugens wieder ein großartiges Deck gelungen ist. Für mich ist es noch schöner als das oben Genannte. Das Artwork ist wieder phantastisch, die Lesbarkeit gut; die Karten machen sehr viel Spaß. Natürlich kann man bei der Größe der Karten,- und dem opulenten, überbordenden Stil des Künstlers-, nicht erwarten, beim Auslegen die Schönheit der Bilder direkt in voller Fülle genießen zu können. Aber dafür haben Sie das gängige Format und bleiben handlich, was ein größerer Vorteil gegenüber größeren Bildern und größeren Decks ist. Also kein Punktabzug dafür. Das Begleitbuch ist im Kit kein kleines weißes Heft, sondern ein gebundenes Buch mit 450 Seiten, was als Standalone auch für andere Decks und als Lesebuch verwendet werden kann. Soviel Sterne kann ich dafür hier gar nicht verteilen, wie es verdient. Die knapp 10 EUR Aufpreis für das Kit sind daher unbedingt empfehlenswert. Fazit: Wer das Illuminati-Deck gut fand, wird das Apokalypsis toll finden. Man muss den Stil des Künstlers mögen, aber das ist ja selbstverständlich. Ich habe mir jedenfalls erstmal alle Karten eingescannt, um Sie in voller Pracht mit allen Details am Bildschirm genießen zu können. Tolles Deck!
