Great results
The results are amazing, I have taken creatine but I don't like bulking this was the perfect answer! I found strength increase daily!

Can't honestly say that my strength gains are down to this product but definately improve recovery time which in turn allow harder training.Haven't experienced the water retention with creatine monohydrate powders I've used in the past.Definitely recommend

I don`t think these capsules are as effective as powdered creatine. I like the idea of a capsule but I just don`t feel they`re as effective.
