One of my best ever purchases for the price
Why did you choose this product over others?: I rarely bother with reviews but this bag deserves one. I give it 5 stars not that it’s the best rucksack but for the price it’s definitely 5 stars. As a lot of people say it’s not 120ltr but it’s the same size as my other 100ltr but extra side pockets so it might be 120. Either way it’s hard to find a larger rucksack. I original like all the extra pockets but it can actually be confusing to rember what you put where if you use them all. Either way it’s a great option. I’ve used it for 3 festivals now and it’s held up well. Also great if you empty everything out of this rucksack, you can roll it up quite compact. The main draw back is the straps dig into your shoulders if walking 20mins plus and got alot in there. I bought some extra padding for £15 to put on the straps and this helped a lot. So if you’re gonna pack it to the max buy these. Also if you pack to the max, gently lift up by the straps, don’t yank it. It’s £30 for a reason, it’s not gonna be the most robust, but if you treat well, then it’s absolutely amazing for £30… well plus the £15 if you look up cushion pads to the straps.

AMAZING VALUE!!!
Very very impressed. At first I though it would just fall apart because of how cheap it is, however it seems to be very well made and sturdy. It's also huggeeeeee! I managed to fit all of my backpacking gear in just the bottom pocket: hammock, tarpaulin, camp stove and there was even room for some extra solid fuel. The main pocket is bigger than Kanye's ego so yeah... Also no problem whatsoever with the zips. A bag of this size would usually set you back around £80+ so this is excellent value for money and perfect if your on a tight budget. It is very comfortable to wear and it doesn't appear as big as it is when you are wearing it so that is a big plus. The small pockets are very useful and a great feature. Also there is lots of potential for clipping things onto the straps and buckles (as you can see with my water bottle). Overall this is a great product and it exceeded my expectations by about a light year. The colour was also just as shown. I would highly recommend it to anyone ^~^

Holds a lot; will it hold up though?
First off, I haven't actually used it yet, in heading out shortly on the first camp of the season. Bought this to replace my (broken) Trespass 75L. Obviously price is the first issue you have to address £20..... Well, I needed a 120L and tbh, an army issue 120 at £100 is just not in my budget right now. So, the bag arrived, build seems OK. Zips in working order, though, personally I feel like they are a bit to tight on the corners, not a smooth open and close, this of course may change with use and fabric flexing. For those questioning the size, it is probably 120L in the sense that it would hold 120ls of liquid, however the way it is split up means that the main compartment (at a guess) is probably between 50/60l (I'm not going to do the actual maths) I've packed and unpacked it several times with the basic gear I'm taking out. To give a sense of what it holds I currently have 2* camping hammocks 2* 3x3m tarps 2* 1x1/2m ground sheets 1* gear hammock 5* emergency foil blankets 2* SIMs (self inflating mats) 1* sleeping bag 2* head lamps 2* packets 550 paracord 20* tent pegs And I still have a side pocket, the front pocket and around half of main compartment left for clothes and food.... it certainly holds a good amount. Things I'm slightly concerned about? Because it holds so much, it of course is heavy when full, strap padding is going to be an issue on long hikes fully loaded. Particularly the side straps at the waist, these are very short ( only around 3inches either side). Again for me, not a massive issue, our camp spot is around 2 miles from our car drop off, but if you're planning on carrying weight for miles, this is not going to be the bag for you. The other thing will be durability, you can only guess how much (or little) abuse/wear a bag can take, and at £20, I expect I'll be replacing it within 2 seasons.... Who knows, it might last 10 years.... But for now, price vs size vs quick check over general build, 4 stars. Much better than reviews suggest
I haven't written many reviews before, but feel compelled to do so on this occasion as the bag is so much better than the reviews suggested. The bag looked like just what I wanted, to use for wildlife photography, but I was hesitant to buy as some reviews had suggested it wasn't 120L or that the zips were stiff. I thought I would try it anyway despite some negative reviews, and the first positive point on this occasion was that although it was quoted as 4/5 days delivery, it came within two days. I unpacked it and whether it is 120L or not I was pleasantly surprised by how big it actually is. It is probably just what I would have hoped for and means I can carry a photography hide, an inflatable mat, and my camera gear. The zips are faultless and not only open without any stiffness at all, but are actually very smooth to open. Perhaps there has been an upgrade in this area. The fabric and stitching are very good and there are a useful amount of pockets of different sizes. If I was going to suggest anything it would be that the plastic buckles and the nylon drawstring area at the top of the bag were a bit more substantial. At this price point these are usable, and may last, but I would be happy to pay more for this bag if these were stronger looking. All in all I am really pleased with this bag and hope that it will last for £30 worth of time. If that is a year of fairly light use it is probably reasonable.

Light and comfortable
I've just cane back from a 2 day 1 night hike/camp trip and I only had a 50ltr backpack. I had a 1 man tent sleeping bag, matt, stove travel fishing rod and gear, cups and plates, drink bottles, a bottle of vodka, clothes, 5 litre cooler bag with ice packs and food in, and my bag was quite heavy (my back is still acking 2 days later) and on my return this backpack was waiting for me so I instantly filled it with everything I brought with me in my 50 litre backpack. The weight feels like it has been halfed with still lots of room left. I don't think it is 120 litre but it is definitely big enough for a few days hike and camp amd it is very well made and robust. The bag is also heaver than my 50ltr but is somehow light when filled. I definitely recommend this backpack. Search the dimensions rather than just go off the description so you get a better idea of the size for what you want. I've got a feeling this bag has just made my next hike/camp alot easier.

Im pleased to say so far all the zips "Have Not" ...
First Review "Packing" Im going for a week Photography camping trip to Campletown in Scotland and I have this bag packed to the hilt at a weight of 40lbs and it is holding all the gear I need i.e. "Camera, ND Filters, Lenses X2 "10-20mm, 24-70mm", Tripod, Lens cable, Batteries, all the gear I need for long exposure photography, you get the idea!, also food, cloths, Tent, so the bag is jammed packed. Im pleased to say so far all the zips "Have Not" broken nor the bag itself Not Ripped. All my gear are in clear plastic bags within the bag itself in case it rains. Second Review "When I return Home In a Weeks Time" Second Review Its now been a week since I have been to Scotland with this backpack and I was caught in heavy winds and rain, the backpack never gave way at all, no zips busted, no rips in the bag even though I seem to come back with more than I went with but what I would say, don't walk very far without taking a few breaks depending on the weight you are carrying as the pack wouldn't be that well padded for your back. All the little pockets came in very useful indeed and the little pocket at the top was very useful for carry id such as tickets, bus passes etc. So I would have to score it 9/10 and well worth this kind of money...

No! Not 120 Litres, but still and outstanding 65 L Day pack
FIRSTLY, THE RAMADA BIG LOADER 120 IS NOT I REPEAT NOT A 120 LITRE RUCKSACK. I HAVE A GENUINE KOMBAT 100 L HOLDALL WHICH DWARFS THE ROMADA AND THE HIKER SO-CALLED 120 (NOTICE NO ‘L’ AFTER 120 – THERE’S YOUR CLUE). SO, IT IS VERY DISINGENUOUS OF ANDES AND AMAZON TO PUSH THESE 65 LITRES BACK PACKS AS A 120 L PACK WHEN IT IS DWARFED BY A GENUINE 100 L HOLDALL – NAUGHTY! THAT SAID FOR A 57 – 65 L DAY PACK AND AT IT’S PRICE POINT AND FUNCTION POINT IT IS A GOOD TO OUTSTANDING BAG. AS A DAY PACK IT IS GREAT FOR TAKING EXTRA CLOTHES, LUNCH, BOOTS, FIRST AID KIT OTHER BITS AND BOBS TO AND FROM WORK, GYM, EMERGENCY SHOPPING ETC. THE MATERIAL IS VERY CORSE, THICK AND STRONG, THE ZIPS ARE CHEAP BUT SOME WD40 OIL SHOULD SOLVE ANY SNAGGING ISSUES – JUST BE CAREFUL WITH THEM. CLIPS CHEAP BUT WORKABLE. THERE ARE NOT ‘MANY POCKETS’ BUT EIGHT ONLY (A LOT) – TOTAL VOLUME OF SMALL POCKETS IS ONLY ABOUT 15 LITRES AND THE MAIN BODY ABOUT 50 L. SO IN MY OPINION A GREAT DAY PACK BUT NO WAY MADE FOR HEAVY HAULAGE OR LONG ADVENTURES. I FOUND IT COMFORTABLE TO WEAR EVEN WHEN FULL BUT I HAD THICK CLOTHING ON. DOCTOR WHO’S TARDIS – FOR DAILY USE THIS PACK HOLDS A SURPRISING AMOUNT; THE SECRET IS THE BOTTOM POCKET – SO IF YOU ORGANIZE YOUR STUFF OVER THE OVER EIGHT POCKETS YOU CAN GET A LOT IN. IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A GENUINE 120 L RUCKSACK – THE HIKER 120 (NO ‘L’) OR THE RAMADA BIG (SO CALLED) LOADER ARE NOT FOR YOU. IF YOU NEED A STRONG COLOURED (12 COLOUR OPTIONS), STRONGLY BUILT, UTILITARIAN, 55 + LITRE DAY RUCKSACK – THE ABOVE COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I PURCHASED TWO BUT HAD TO RETURN ONE DUE TO A SEWING MISTAKE ON BOTH OF THE SIDE POCKETS – GOT REFUND OK. FINALLY, THANK YOU TO ALL WHO SUPPLIED PICTURES OF HIKERS AND ANDES PACKS IN THEIR NEW HOMES. DESERT CAM0 / PASTEY YUKY TAN: I HAVE SEVERAL OF THESE BERGEN/RUCK SACKS AND I HAVE TO SAY THEY DO STAND UP WELL TO MILD ABUSE: THE RAMADAS' ARE SO TOUCH THE ENTIRE SURFACE AREA CAN BE USED AS ONE BIG GRAB HANDLE - VERY GOOD FOR MANUVERING IN TIGHT AWAKWARD SPACES. ONE BIG CRITISIM OF THE RAMADAS' IS THAT THE WORKMANSHIP DOES VARY FROM NO BAG TO ANOTHER; DIFFERENT LENGTHS OF STRAPS, DIFFERENT SIZES OF TOP POUCHES AND DIFFERENT CORSENESS OF MATERIALS. BUT DESPITE LIST OF WEAKNESSES AND SHORT-CUTS THIS RANGE OF BUDGET BURGEN SPORTS - I HAVE SEVERAL OF THEM BECAUSE THEY SIMPLY ARE SO CHEAP, VERSITILE, ROUGH AND TOUGH - AND STILL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, THERE BY I INCREASE MY THREE STARS TO FOUR.
