Got this initially to help a friend with their migraines
If they run out of this their migraines return so we know it is making a difference. It appears it is helping in other ways too. Hope to write a more detailed review soon with the other benefits it appears to be making.

Only time will tell....very expensive for what they are. can last less than a week depending on amount used and, I actually ordered these from Amazon accidentally - I had already purchased them directly from the manufacturers website as they are cheaper from there!!?

Having bought this product in the past successfully this time we noticed that the expiry date was October 2018.
