Haven’t been able to receive my refund or replacement. What do I do now? There’s no response to,this from customer service

The lid was raised, indicating the seal had been broken. I bought for tooth pulling so will still use as technically I won't be ingesting and will be rinsing my mouth out after use. Nonetheless, very disappoint in the product.

The glass jar was broken and a lot of it fragmented so couldn't even salvage anything as there were lots of tiny tiny glasses. The item also does not have a return policy unfortunately

Not happy as I was using this to make skin cream for a child. Apparently not able to return. Can’t seem to be able to co tact anyone for a replacement Cannot seem to contact anyone for a refund.

Jar arrived smashed! Can’t return it, get a refund or replacement! Complete waste of money as it can’t even be used as it is full of glass!

Not sure if this is just a dodgy batch I recieved 9 days ago or whether I've just suddenly become allergic to it, but unlike the 2 jars ive had previously over the last year my entire body has come up in a horrid itchy blistery rash everywhere i put it. Waaaa.

Jar arrived with airlock seal in the lid activated result, there is black mould and water present in the lid, use by date is March 2018. .

I like this brand of coconut oil and have been ordering it for the past year, but the latest batch tastes and smells funny, I will try to return / get a refund
