Not a bad quality case but there is a fundamental design flaw that impacts the use of the new lanyard attachment point on the right hand side of the AirPods case.The 'pop up mechanics' as they call it in one of their images, means that the only part of the AirPods case that is secured in the Spigen cover, is the lid. When you open the case, the main part of the AirPods case rises up, and the cut out for the lanyard attachment moves with it - as shown.It may be that you might be ok for a while with a lanyard (if the attaching cord is thin enough), but I suspect that friction will break that cord over time.

The media could not be loaded.  Had this same case but for the Airpods 3RD gen, but with none of the pop up nonsense, and I loved them thoroughly. However because of this new pop up design, my lanyard snags constantly on the shell of the case. It already seems to be fraying. and the fabric stitching holding the two parts of the case together is fraying already. And the top half of the lid constantly pops off. PLEASE do not buy, the materials SPIGEN uses are top notch, but their design and QA team really rushed this one out the door. Genuine shame, as I really love the fabric material and can't find any cases of similar quality for the 2ND Gen Airpod Pros. :/Sidenote, this case is not good if you widh to use magsafe to charge it. It barely centers itself.Will be returning.

This product is crap . It didn’t fit and I had to cut it open to get out my AirPod pros 2nd gen . In doing that I put a scratch on my new AirPod pros 😡😡😡. And after seeing the reviews I am not the only one. DO NOT get this case for your AirPods as it will not fit or close.

I’m had a previous version of this for the old AirPods and it was a brilliant case. This one is awful - poor quality materials fraying after a week of use, and you have to use a glue pad to hold it in place. Trying to remove it damaged the hinge of my AirPods. It caused more damage than it prevented.

There’s a glue pad on top make it impossible to remove once putted AirPod case in. Personally had to cut top off to take it out, don’t think can return like this.
