Great undies. Very comfortable. Waist band is thick and doesn’t ride. They’re… flattering. I’ll say that.they fit true to size. As a slightly above average male, the C pouch is plenty big enough. I’d assume the folk that need the D pouch would have to have very large berries. They’re Great at keeping things from sticking. The fabric is good, But could be a bit softer maybe? It’s comfortable, but a mostly nylon type, and I prefer a more cottony feel. The only real downside is that the V Fly is a little… revealing. It’s like they didn’t add enough fabric to the back side of the fly, so you end up with a peek-a-boo moment every now and then. (See G-rated photo) I work a 24 hour shift, and these say super comfortable and barely noticeable for the entire time. Closest you can get to nothing. . Would definitely recommend.

Just buy them! I ordered Large-D pouch with the fly. I have a 36-38 inch waist on my jeans, and I have a large sized package, not extra large by any means, but I’m tired of being disappointed by underwear that either doesn’t seperate my balls from leg, or squeezes my package under spandex, not these ones. Nothing is tight, nothing is loose either just right. Good quality, soft fabric and little stretchy, but not like spandex or elastic, lightweight yes, but I do wonder how long they will last. Very breathable. When I put them on they felt perfect, they were great all day, nothing to complain about. The fly works fine, just gotta pull the sausage over the gate. Nothings bounced out yet. I would suggest you get the fly and you get the larger pouch. I was a little afraid to order size D, but when I got it I knew I would be disappointed with something smaller. Order the waist size the same as your pants size. I doubt you’ll regret it, I’m buying more.

I love these underwear. Smooth, silky, cool, and form fitting. Pouch is perfect for keeping you were you need to be, and not sticking to your legs! True to size.

I have other Real Men briefs and routinely wear them, but this mesh material was not for me. They were smooth to the touch and provided a cooling aspect to help stay dry and comfortable, but the areas where I had friction was a bit uncomfortable. I do see how this would be appealing to other body shapes and sizes, just not for my 5'10" 170lb frame. The quality is definitely comparable to other Real Men products and fit just as well, providing excellent support for the fruit in your loom.

Excellent material and fits true to size as long as you follow their sizing guide. I am a 34" waist and typically wear medium in most brands using the 32-24" range as medium. Note, this company uses 31-33" Medium and 34-36" Large so you may need to go up a size from other brands. The pouch idea actually works, just be honest with yourself about the needed size and you will find excellent support and no more "stickage" issues.

They are nice quality and seem like a very good purchase. The material is very stretchy. The colors are nice and i believe they will do great when working due to the moisture wicking material. I prefer the long legs on mine and these meet my expectations. For the money they seem nice. Id say dont underestimate on whether you need A, B, C, or D.

i regret that ive put off trying these for so long. after trying Obviously, David Archy, AllCitizen, Sheath etc. pouch underwear, Real Men gets it right. the pouch on these boxer briefs hangs anatomically deep between your thighs instead of in front of them, which means your package hangs naturally surrounded by the mesh nylon fabric like a pillow case. not only does this feel like wearing nothing, but due to this particular fabric blend, it keeps my c&b healthy and less dry than typical 'moisture wicking' fabric. did i mention it feels like wearing nothing? everything swings and hangs just like freeballing but with the added benefit of temperature regulation, and a little bit of lift - its a nice feeling and an all day reminder of being a man. my only suggestion for Real Men Apparel is to add some color pattern options.

Love these. They're super soft. But why I love them is that I get the best of both worlds. I get the looseness of boxers around my junk, giving them space to breath. And I get the support of tighter boxer-briefs everywhere else. One of the things I hate about boxers is that they bunch up and get in places they shouldn't. And the thing I hate about boxer-briefs is how tight they are on my junk. These help with blood flow as well, fellas. And, my wife is a huge fan of the top horizontal flap. She loves how easy it is to access. And I'm loving the additional "treats" throughout the week.
