ok, if I had to write what I did not like, this would be an empty review. They arrived quickly, considering they must make each one as a special order, no such thing in this business as a standard size. They fit exactly to the dimensions I ordered. They look and feel great, solid construction and were easy to install. I have been in the apartment maintenance business for 30 years so maybe I have a slight advantage over other people when it comes to installing them, but it really is pretty self-explanatory, and the instructions were written for the layman, so most people should have little or no problems with their install. They really make the place look better and fancier. Really good purchase at a reasonable cost.

Well made and look great. One set had the plastic broken on the top section but the valance covered it. This wasn’t through no fault of the manufacturer as the box apparently took a beating getting here.

Love the blinds, these are the second ones we bought to replace the ones that have broken. Good quality and easy to install. We will continue to buy these as our old ones break.Only issue I have is the ease of opening. For short people the handle that opens and closes the blind is too high up and have to get on tippy toes to reach it. Wish it was longer

Easy installation and quality!

The blinds ended up great. However, there was as a small problem with the order, but I contacted the seller, who made things right. End result are perfect fitting nice looking custom cut blinds! Highly recommend this seller.

Careful of this product!!!The cut ends on the outside of the slats are all chipped and look HORRIBLE! The chintzy plastic piece that they give you for the sides of the valence snapped and broke after LIGHTLY putting pressure on the hooks to secure it. I asked about the cutting of the slats BEFORE PURCHASING because of other people's reviews and they got back to me to say "if there's an issue it can be returned".... No... There's an issue of it being damaged during manufacture and still being sent to the customer that paid good money for them. I'll deal with the cheap little piece of plastic with some epoxy and that should be fixed. If you're using these blinds on windows that you can see in from the outside, because the saw blade is slicing downward as it's being cut, you see nothing but a dull blade and too little teeth on the blade damaging them. In my jobs, I've cut blades at larger home box stores and they always use a very fine tooth count and extremely sharp carbide tip circular plunge bades, which these are not!!!

Easy installation. Doesn’t close tightly enough to cut out light. Not easy to push up and down. Looks nice but I wish it opened and closed more easily.
