A little pricey
Alittle pricey for just 8 but quality is there

Worked Well for DEI Header Wrap
This set provided additional header wrap clamping after I damaged two of the clamping straps that initially came in the DEI kit.

The older ties were better!
These new style ties give a clean look when installed and slide together so easy. BUT... no matter how hard you yank on them, they DO NOT tighten up enough to keep the exhaust wrap from unraveling. I even have the correct DEI tightening tool and that didn't make any difference. I twisted the tool so hard until the end of the strap snapped and the locking ties were still loose. They need to bring back the old ties that had the ratcheting clips. I ended up using safety wire and tossed the DEI ties in the trash!!! Don't waste your time & money on these clips, unless you want the great looking job you did wrapping the pipe to come unraveled!!!

Clean Looking Ties
These ties are awesome. Took me a minute to figure out that the best way to get them tight. Turns out twisting the slack portion of the tie with some needle nose pliers. Got them really tight. Look better than normal clamps.

Mostly does the job...
I'll say, right off the bat, that there aren't any instructions and I didn't look any up. I acknowledge that I may not have used them in the exact way they're meant to be used. I secured a wrap around my muffler using three straps put together. They don't exactly bite down with the strength of a velociraptor but they do cinch down a bit. you almost have to cinch them down and then fold the metal bands over to hold them in place. I haven't had any issues with them yet, so maybe they're doing the job I asked them to do just fine...

Tight. Heat Resistant. expensive.
These are necessary for exhaust wrap. I can think of other useful locations where heat resistance and the added strength of steel would come in handy around an automobile, my only problem is that at 8x8" per pack $12 is expensive. I needed 1 pack of these for my manifold and and a pack of longer locking ties, and it was over $30.One might consider putting Elring NON BITING style hose clamps on as an alternative. They would be wider, reusable, and less expensive. The draw back would be needing to measure appropriately.

Not bad
It was pretty hard to get them to fasten properly around my exhaust manifold, but with a flat head screw driver, pliers and a hammer it worked. I just didn't feel the re-assurance once I pulled it tight. The tie was able to spin around the piping and wasn't tight enought without using a screw driver and a hammer to ound it tighter and to flatten the linkage. Not bad overall but takes a little extra work than expected.

Works as advertised
Worked well for my application (backup to a poorly designed bracket attaching a heating manifold to the exhaust manifold). As others have said, these don't have any temporary stretch in them, so it's hard to get them as tight as a plastic zip tie. On the other hand, these have held up well to the heat of an exhaust manifold, where the plastic zip ties would have ended in disastrous fire.

Meh
Not really worth it. Had the shop I went to use there own hardware to keep the heat wrap in place, you'd need to take your time and get a bunch of these to make it work correctly.

Pretty garbage for almost 50 bucks
You only get 4 large sized ones and the quality is so trash that 2 of them snapped while tightening. Save your money and buy off brand

Looks great on pipes
They work great had to get 14” also because even though they say they fit the pipe diameter... remember to add the extra thickness of the wrap.

Check that 8" is long enough. For me it wasn't so I had to use 2 at a time, but worked well.
