Is this a genuine Sony made product?

Yes, as far as I can tell. The dimensions, the labelling and its colours are exactly the same in every detail as the battery that was included in the original Sony camera purchase. So far, its performance has also been exactly the same as the original. Put the batteries side-by-side and you can't tell the difference!

What type of charging end is it

The charging end of the cable supplied with the Sony Rx100 3 is a micro USB male. This plugs into the top femail socket terminal on the side of the camera marked Multi with the other cable end being a normal USB type. I haven't tried an external battery charger so it's always charged with the battery inside the camera. Hope this helps.

Is this battery for Sony zv-1 camera?

I didn't get this battery for your camera. I got it for Sony DSC-HX350. But I have just entered. Sony ZV-1 Camera Battery into my laptop and it looks like it does. So try doing the same and see what you comes up with. Good Luck
