Amazing product!
Great value for money, sound quality really good, easy to set up and works great every time. Iv had these a while now and they’ve never failed me, long battery life, ridden in pretty rough rain and it’s never effected it, if your looking for something to play music from or answer calls/speak to other riders through I recommend this to anyone, speaking on the phone is clear to hear and clear for others to hear you, great product in general

Good value for money
Works OK, cheap price, good quality, haven't tested the battery life yet. FM radio quality is acceptable but not good enought, speakers are too thick if your helmet is snug to your head could be a problem. Will return it and buy a known sena for sure.

Amazing
This product is like the £200 variants for fraction of the price. Pain in the ass to install the speakers as u have to get it right for your head but once that is done your off. Phone calls are perfect and Satnav and music is amazing. The bass ain't the best over all but what can you expect in helmet speakers. Easy to take off and on . Battery life is actually better then what it says I had music playing for around 10 hours and it was still going strong. Just ordered another one for my mate so when we go riding we can chat.

Great kit to listen to music for a fraction on the price
To be honest I was half expecting it not to work after fewdays, but after few months of almost every day usage it’s still as good as new. As far as listening to music or talking on your phone the kit is quite good. Obviously as soon as you hit motorway speeds ittends to be too quiet. Quality of the speakers isn’t the greatest however it’s 10x cheaper then high end Sena so no wonder. There is one thing that is so annoying... the intercom function isn’t worth using, it cuts out every few minutes even when other user is right behind you on the seat.

Unable to charge headsets - render the device useless.
This product was good for a short period of time, then the problems began. I had two units and both stopped charging. I purchased a new cable, waited weeks for that to arrive and still unable to charge the units.Would not recommend this cheap imitation of headset.

Dangerous to use on the road. Set up before you ride.
YES the sound is loud, the USB socket is weak too. I can live with that. What I can't live with is the volume control.Imagine this... you are driving, and you need to turn volume down or up (down especially if you are suddenly deafened by a change in media that is louder or a call coming In)...You fumble for the volume button, but volume up and down buttons feels back to front to me. That could be personal choice. However, When you finally find the button you press it. But it does nothing! That's because you need to press and hold it!!!! So it takes more than a second to work!!!! In that time your bike has travelled hundreds of yards with you not paying full attention to the road. You are waiting for the change in volume. Then the volume suddenly shoots down and it's gone too quiet!Or.... Same as above but you get the buttons mixed up, due to the one second delay you can't tell if the volume is going to go up or down and then you hold the button and the volume shoots up super loud and your ears hurt.IF... the volume worked instantly with a single key press you would know instantly if it was the correct button. Ooopps to loud, stop pressing and find correct button! Simple!Sadly every second it takes to adjust volume my life in danger. Pressing and holding for one second is one second too long. Now I use for Sat Nav only, so it's rarely used. I set it up before I set off and hope I don't have to adjust the volume to much. Finally it is loud enough, but speakers to thick.

superb, my second purchase, which is the highest ...
superb, my second purchase, which is the highest possible recommendation. you just need to be careful with the positioning of the speaker since it makes a massive difference
