Not the best
I thought I'd try this belt as it was rechargeable. However the pulses from it are so weak, even on full setting that I can't imagine it doing anything.For just a few quid more you can get a much better one that works perfectly.

Impressed with my experience so far.
I've used a few of these and this is at least as good as any of them. This one has no trouble fitting me which some of the other brands have, and I swear I can feel a difference after a couple of days of use.

Came on time
I'm 15 stone and it barely goes around me and when it does it's very uncomfortable

Great ab belt you can feel it working and the ache is evident the next day.

Shocked in more ways than one
Bought these as an extra addition to my health kick I do understand that this will only work alongside good nutrition etc. Found this easy to use, fits nice around my "dad" bod. Weirdly I found the electric shock quite satisfying. Early stages so cannot comment on effectiveness. But so far so good.
