Spinning the frothing head is a problem
The media could not be loaded. If the video loads you can see the spinning is a problem. The shaft of the spinner is too thin to hold the force of the spring frothing head. I had this unit way to long before using it so can’t return it, I did develop a method for using this unit by holding the end when starting it but that only leads to splashing milk all over the place. I can not recommend this unit, I personally think it’s just too cheaply made.

Great tool, Love it!
I bought two of these, one for work and another for home. I received it a few weeks ago, and finally I tested it last night. Total game changer! Everything is blended perfectly, and the frothing is amazing! It's got a good power and speed. But I would really recommend it.
