Tabla para cortar de mala calidad
La tabla Ginsu no es buena calidad como el cuchillo GINSU. Uso un cuchillo GINSU para partir en esas tablas y se rallan y se despintan. No es muy buena calidad el material, ya que se desprende poco a poco pedazos de plastico que pueden ser toxicos en los alimentos que preparamos. Incluso a la hora de lavar es dificil , ya que los alimentos se quedan en las cortadas que se hacen en las tablas.

Nice size and thickness
Love these cutting mats, good size and thickness. Only issue is that it says they are slip resistant, but they do move around on our countertop. It does have the waffle back, but it doesn't keep them in place.
