Putting this canopy up is a chore, but you need to keep adjusting for the first 30 days to get the cover as tight as possible. It is anchored to the house on one side and ground rachet straps on the other. It has withstood wind gusts of 50+-mph. Mine as been up for 14 months and still holding up. We did not have any big snows this past winter, so I do not know how well it would hold up with a snow load. My assumption is that keeping the snow load to a minimum would be called for. Also, the canopy is not designed for continuous use, but we do. (Covers my hot tub)

After a few surprising rain storms during camping season last year and our existing canopy leaking, we thought surely someone makes a replacement cover so we don't have to buy a new canopy frame all together. Sure enough - Eurmax does. We bought the replacement canopy AND one wall (going to buy more walls as they are great to have instead of gerry rigging tarps with bungee cords!). The material is not as heavy duty as our previous one. I also don't like that there is velcro everywhere to hold the canopy in place. Our old canopy cover had heavy duty cables sewn in that you could wrap around the canopy frame and zinch tight. However, the new one is rain resistant (not water proof like our old one) and will work for our needs. Considering we live in Colorado and don't see rain MUCH, it'll do for our purposes. You may want to consider something heavier duty if you're in a climate with a lot of rain.

A great improvement over the originalEZUp Vantage top, which was too saggy and developed a giant puddle after rain, which ended up breaking one of the frame parts. I tried to fix this by adding ties to pull the top taut at the middle of each side, and also punching some holes, and adding a chain along each major seam to lift the top up and keep it from sagging so much. The present product solves all of these problems! The second photo shows the new top and the old chain; note how much further up the new top is. Other photos show a new feature: ties at the center of each side to tension the edges of the top, loose and then attached. (There is also a reinforcing gusset at each tie.) Last photo shows the assembled shelter. I am pretty confident that it will stand up to weather including shedding rain nicely.

Great quality, very durable. It doesn't fit quite right. It's a little large for the 10x10 frame I am using it for. It works but looks saggy looking. I'd like a tighter fit. We are making it work.

Fabric starts fraying waaaaay to soon. EZ UP seems to be best brand I have used. Frame very sturdy, easy to set up and put away. Nice bag. Fabric though...
