me gusto mucho, no fue tan complicado de instalar, tuve inconveniente con un cable para la instalación dado que utilizan cables bastante delicados pero se pudo solucionar fácilmente, tuve que comprar un dispositivo extra para poder ver desde fuera de casa actualizaciones como en que momento alguna de las personas que tenían la huella o el tag inscrito hizo uso de este, pero en general me encanto esta compra. estoy encantado de recomendarlo

I have ordered this lock. The first install was fine but no power would go to the knob and it turned on for a moment. I was able to set everything up in the app. Very easy. But then it wouldn’t turn on. I’ve re installed so many times I just decided to return and try again by ordering another one.New one came and same thing. Except this one I can’t get it to have any power. I have troubleshoot and troubleshoot but I have no clue why this doesn’t work. I at least got to see how it could be and I do like the feature. I’m pretty tech savvy so know that I’m not ignorant or setting up devices. I have the app already for another lock I own so it was easy to add another lock to the app and I have a gateway so I can be far away and have remote access to the lock. But for whatever reason no power go to the lock. I have new batteries. I’ve followed the instructions completely but it just won’t power on.

The installation was tricky. I thought I could do this on my own but I needed a second person to help hold parts of the exterior while connecting the interior. After installation, it's a nice door lock. Setting up the app was easy. We out this on our pantry door because we have some little ones that like to get up and get snacks at night. I like the fact there is a back up key but it's not in a great location, it's under the knob. Hopefully it will not need to be used often.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a great lock! And, I have been using it for a week now with no problems. Until…I wanted to take a video for this review! So, I’m including this video to show you what happens after the fourth time it couldn't read my thumb print! It wouldn’t have been so funny to me if I hadn’t hidden the master key where I could access it easily! After unlocking the door manually, I was able to video it working as it should. But, I could only upload 1 video with this review so I decided to show the one I’ve mentioned! I personally think it’s kind of cool that it tells you you’ve been locked out! Anyway, I like the look of this locking knob. And, I had my handyman install it, which he said wasn’t too difficult. He added the guard plate to further secure this hollow core interior door! Please note that does NOT come with the knob! The instructions were pretty easy, and down loading the app and set up I did myself after he left! It was pretty easy even for this ‘tech-no peasant’! It has multiple ways of unlocking, and comes with two ic cards to use for unlocking as well. I’m super happy with this, and it is very convenient to keep my room locked and not have to have the key to open it!

I did the install on this item and after reading every one else reviews on how easy is was to install was excited to get it on my door so i no longer had to fumble at 4 am getting home from work to find keys and have a hand free from all the items have to carry. However after install this door knob doesn't even latch . I don't even have to turn the knob just push it open .. I'm going to try and re install the item, maybe I missed something and see what support has to offer but this isn't it. The finger print reads nice and I only have to maybe press my thumb or finger on it twice. if using the key it is a little inconvenient to have the key hole on the bottom of the knob. and the touch screen on the knob face doesn't always wake up with trying to put the pin option in. i have not tried the access cards yet to well really anything because like I said if I did not use the second lock on my door my door would just come right open so I'm hoping I just missed an installation step. I will update once I get that issue fixed if able.

Edit: The knob stopped working a couple weeks after installing. I took it completely off and reinstalled. Also had to delete the app and re upload that. It is working again except for the fingerprint function.The product was easy enough to install, though better pics of orientation of the fingerprint pad would help. Also, threading the wire can be tedious. Still took under an hour to install. (I recommend knee pads and a headlight. Also need a second person to hold the exterior portion while connecting the interior)It is not obvious until you have the product that remote unlock/lock or using with Alexa requires a gateway. I probably won’t add that skill. The fingerprint set up was easy. The passcode is a bit trickier since the keypad is not standard number symbols.It locks tight and fit the existing opening. I may order another for a second door.

After 3 unsuccessful tries it locks and can only be opened from inside or from the admin on the app.I could not find a way to manually lock it. Default is automatically lock after 5 seconds but you can change that up to 60.

its a well build lock. only issue i had installing was not having a long enough screwdriver, the ones i had were too thick, and wont fit in the hole.once installed, it works like achamp
