No, this is a Dusk to Dawn solar product that automatically charges during the day and lights up all night at night. But there is a solar pendant light that will be updated to meet the requirement of being able to light up during the day and at night. Thank you for your question.

Why does light go off before dawn on low setting?

1)If the light goes off before dawn on low setting, don't worry, because there is not enough sunlight. Please turn on the switch at the back of solar panel, then put it under direct the sunlight charge 5-8hrs before using this solar lamp for the first time.

Important Warm Tips: In order to maximize the lighting effect, please install the solar lights in direct sunlight and away from the shaded places such as trees and buildings.
