Waterproofing
Arrived in good condition. Worked really well and sorted out my leaking shed. A little hard work to paint on but we'll worth it.

Once a great product, NOT ANYMORE
I used to swear by this stuff "Isoflex" having used it over the years, but I won't anymore.Be careful if you order from Amazon because if you can't use the product within 30 days they are not interested in your problem. Having only a light aluminum ladder, the bad weather and strong winds held me back from working with it. The second reason was that I was using one of those short handled tar brushes (beware and at £5) caused a blister on my hand which scabbed then actually caused a hole in the skin which stopped the work.I'm a 70's DIY'er and on my own.Thankfully the skin healed itself and soon as I could, I got up onto the flat roof I was met with the third reason. As I examined the two square meters that I managed to cover previously. I was totally disappointed with the result. I had suffered all winter with my lighting circuit being cut out due to water penetration through to the kitchen below and needing to move around in the dark with a torch at night times.I was determined to do the best job possible and to mend the roof by incorporating fibreglass into the isoflex coating. With a generous layer first then followed by fibreglass followed by a generous top layer that had a black shiny smooth surface when laid, what I see now is not what I expected. It looks like I had virtually just used paint with the glass strands showing and full of small holes where the winter ice will cause havoc. Ronseal the manufacturer are not supplying any response other than to ask could I remove it??I had thought there might have been some air bubbles causing the holes in the surface but I know how the coats were pounded together and how the product acted in the past, it should have remained resilient and smooth. Furthermore enforcing the none air bubble theory is to do a search on Isoflex and you will see the very same result on another Isoflex complaint that didn't use fibreglass.Any helpful comments would be appreciated thanks.

Very flexible & easy to use.
Have used this product before at a previous house - it is an excellent cure to any small leak problems - joints & porous guttering, galvanised roofing etc.

3rd time lucky. Used different materials before
The Impression right after application is good, on all aspects, but I have to see what will happen over few months and whether it will be effective, crack, peal off or get damaged by weather or any other conditions
