Contains Cyanide - Disappointed with Biocare. Went in the bin.
Love their other sub-lingual vitamins.Sadly this contains Cyanocobolamin - a toxic, artificial imposter of B12 which metabolises to Cyanide, doesn't really work and causes heart palpatations.Look for a B12 that contains Methylcobolamin and ideally Adenosylcobolamin. These are better adsorbed.This also contains Niacinamide instead of real Niacin. Some people don't like the flush from Niacin which is HOW YOU CAN TELL a) you need it and b) it's working. Niacin lowers LDL cholesterol. There's little evidence Niacinamide does anything.

My old cat loves it
I needed to give my old cat extra b-vits and these did the job (he is noe on kamminox which has them included). I was worried he wouldnt take them as he's fussy but no problems at all. No idea what they are like for humans - sorry!

Anyone who is caring for someone with dementia or a disability and unable to take vitamin pill form, this is by far the best solution. My mother was seriously lacking in B vitamins because I couldn't get the nutrition down her. She is vegan like myself, and this dropper has basically saved her. Can't stress enough how important it is to get B vitamins down your loved ones. This is brilliant quality, price and comes in a speedy jiffy bag.

No more hangziety!
Tastes like b vitamins.Fantastic results as a hangover and hangziety avoidance measure..take the night you have drunk. Before bed is best. Thank me in the morning.

Good product, value for money.
They don't taste great but then again medicine is not supposed to be sweet and delicious. I like sublingual vitamins as they are a absorbed into the blood stream much more rapidly and start working. This is a very good product in my opinion. I will reorder again.

Great product! Value for money too!
This product is great to give you a little energy boost. I found it quite difficult to get past the smell of it though. Thiamine has a very distinctive smell and it lingered on your hands after handling the bottle. I found it easier to digest if I had it in a flavoured drink such as juice. I opted to take this in the morning so I could enjoy the benefits throughout the day. It is very good value for money and is a product I will continue to purchase. Please don’t let the smell put you off!

Good Product / Wrong Packaging
This works well as my blood test results show high levels of Vit B, but the bottle isn’t great. The drops roll into the lid which would be ok if it wasn’t wasting the product and bright yellow which stains. The bottle is pure white, which means you can’t tell when it’s about to run out so you could be left short. They should redesign the bottle cap and have a translucent bottle or at least a strip so you can view the remaining liquid and order a new one when your running low.

A local shop stopped selling my liquid B's so I tried these. Nice flavour and all around good product. Have purchased several times now.
