I purchased this as gift for a friend who is struggling to recover from a recent C-section.She's around a size 12 (plus postpartum belly making her more of a 14)One thing that baffled both of us was the Olympic nature of putting it on. It requires you to know which part goes where and the instructions really don't make it very clear. Especially with post birth brain fog.I did some googling and helped her get it on. It was fairly tight and if she was any bigger it definitely would not have fitted.However it did the job.The advantages and there are some.The three layer approach to the design lifts, contours and firms the postpartum bulge.Having it held in helps the shrinking process, as the womb contracts.The first section specifically covers the pelvic region and she found this extremely comforting as it protected it and held everything in place. As she was feeling very fragile.

I’m Size 20 and it feels like would have been better if it will be wider but it’s fine it fits maybe it have to be like that but I doubt if I was bigger will it be comfy to wear it. Although it’s quality product. Haven’t used for long so can’t confirm how it works but gives you nice shape that’s for sure

I really like this, been looking at postpartum belts and waist trainers for a while and this works well. Been using it for about 2 weeks now and it keeps my body tucked in really well, if it gets uncomfortable you can just adjust the velcro! You also get used to it very quickly so you don't notice its there after a while.The velcro is very strong so doesn't open up unless you open it. The actual material is stretchy and breathable. I love the three parts too (although only able to wear all three when at home). Worth the money so far

Not helpful coz it’s gets to your skin. You must always wear a T-shirt under and that’s not a very good.

This is such a lovely item for the price paid and is really competitive with other brands on the market. I had two babies 13 months apart and a diastasis recti of 4 fingers width. Slowly I’ve been able to narrow the gap but my previous belly band didn’t help with the split above the belly button. As I’ve been able to up my exercise, I needed something more supportive and this has been such a great find!The bands are really easy to put on with adjustable straps to help you get the perfect tightness. The quality of the material is lovely and it arrived with a nice little ziplock bag. Overall it has been so much more supportiveand far more comfortable than my previous brand. Very pleased.

This is really 3 belts in one. They are comfortable to wear. I bought them to treat orthostatic hypotension (faintness on standing). There was an improvement immediately. I wear the largest one every day (taking it off at night) and now feeling faint is a thing of the past and I am thrilled. Like all these belts they tend to ride up and cover the waist rather than the belly, but for my purposes it works fine.I don't know how well they stand up to repeated washes so I always wear it over a vest and wash it rarely.

This brace did not last long.
