The product arrived with only one out of ten LEDs (which creates the effect) able to turn on; charging the device did not fix the issue, rendering it basically useless.

Purchased item as a gift that was given at Christmas. So return window was closed. My son opened his gift to use. It lit up but did not spin. He tried to charge it, only to notice the charging port is broken. So it was wasted money. Item does not do what it was purchased for

My son got this he is 18 so he isn’t super hard on his toys. But it only worked for a few days and then it quit working.

Package was in original packing and missing parts. Very poorly built and selling return items that are short parts.
