I would highly recommend this camera rig, great value for the money. I love how many different ways I can configure it. I've owned it for many months now, and I am constantly experimenting with different layouts. You can add or subtract any given part of it, and it comes with spare parts and doubles of some of pieces. This allows me to adapt it to suite my needs on any given shoot.It's it's default configuration it has the nice little bonus of making your camera look bigger and more intimidating, which if you don't work for clients with a small DSLR type camera will make it look more impressive to the untrained eye. Or if you want to go low key, you can strip it right down to the bare essentials and keep it light weight.Some negatives I have to mention, the quick release plate is a bit annoying. If you attach your camera to it, then slide it onto the receiver, you can actually tighten it up unless you slight it all the way forward so the camera is hanging off the front of the plate. It's not a deal breaker but you do have to get used to working around it.The matte box is garbage I tend not to use it. It has far too narrow and opening for the lens. With a full frame camera, I can't shoot on a 24mm or wider because the edges of the matte box are in frame. I don't mean the flaps, I mean the actually frame of the matte box which can't be removed gets in the shot.It does feel a little flimsy and cheap, if you shake it or bend it it does feel like it'll give way, but I've been shooting with it for over half a year and nothing on it's ever snapped or actually given way so just trust it

Absolutely brilliant rig. Was quite difficult to put it together, taking me several hours, we'll worth it however! The focus ring doesn't always work great, but I'm guessing that's down to my lense?

It is so flexible and light that I can use it for hours without feeling like I am carrying a big weight. It is so stable that it gets rid of all the vibration and unwanted movement that would otherwise spoil the shot. I feel like a pro now!

Complete waste of money.No instructions include . Found an online manual for this model and still didnt seem to match what I bought.Cant line my jvc px100 up with the Matt box cant even get the camera high enough to fit the lens hole or move the Matt box close enough to the camera due to the focus pull being in the way.
