Corn on the Cob Holders Forks - Pack Of 12

Spurred on by the appearance of ears of sweetcorn in the farmers markets, I thought we needed proper corn on the cob holders so ordered these. They are disappointingly flimsy and not nice to hold. One of those purchases best seen in theflesh rather than ordered on line, as the photos make them look like just what is needed.

Of the 12 pack of these we bought recently, only four remain intact. We don't eat huge amount of corn on the cob, so I'd guess they typically last for two or three meals before breaking, leaving sharp metal spikes poking out of the corn. I'd much rather pay for something substantial, but sadly it appears that anything sturdy has been squeezed out of the market by cheap and fragile junk.

They are quite small but strong and easy to put in the corn on the cob and remove too, I was pleasantly surprised

They are really good and by far the best I have ever seen or had.
