Wenko Swing top bin Arktis-white frosted, Polypropylene, 13.5 x 13.5 x 20.5 cm

I was looking for a 'small' bin for a small cloakroom, but this is indeed very small and the capacity is further reduced by the swinging lid. Dimension of the base (container): height 13 cm, diameter 12, which mathematically makes altogether slightly less than 1.5 lt. The cap fits well in the base, at least in the bin I received, but the swinging lid is indeed poorly designed (and poorly cut in plastic) so to leave a major gap of 6mm from the rest of the top, and on both side of the swinging top. In other words, this will not be air-tight. The swinging lid is both narrow and long: because of this, I foresee already little use with feminine pads, apart the effect on reduced capacity to allow the movement of the lid in the base underneath. This bin looks to me as one that occasionally may be found on beer gardens or hotels, on tables, for easy clearance of individual portions of jam, butter, and sauces. I do not understand why it was categorised among bathroom items. Very expensive for what it is and the poor design. I will find another use for this bin, I guess.

Well I bought this for my bedroom and couldn’t contain my laughter when I received it, it was absolutely tiny and to be fair not worth £6.40 that I paid.I’d seriously recommend reading measurements before purchasing, every time I look at it I start laughing, suppose it makes me smile.

Good product but sent them back as too small for requirements

I almost left it in the box with the rest of the packing it is so small ( in fact it was only when I was putting out the recycling into the bin did I notice it and had to fish it out) it would suite a woman to have on her dressing table to but make up things in, hopeless as a waste bin as it was only about 8 inch tall, I gave it to my neighbour.

For all the description said it was Frosted White I did think that you wouldn't be able to see what was in the bin but you can, more like See Through White as a pose to Frosted White which is a bit disappointing as it was for our bathroom, and there's only women live in our house, so I've had to place a bin liner in it which isn't a great look as you can't get bin liners that small, so the bin looks kind of untidy with an over sized liner in it, apart from that it's a lovely little bin.

This is a small cosmetic bin - my bad for not double checking the size but not worth the money considering how small it is!

Bought these when ex partner broke his ankle and leg and was immobilised and needed his toilet needs seeing too as he couldn’t stand, needed a flip top bin for ease of use, however when they arrived didn’t expect them to be that small, so they didn’t get used, but are good for doing your makeup, wipes etc
