Missing Something in the tatse lol!!
Too much vinegar in the recipe. The sauce taste more like a vinegar cream paste.

Simply awful gunk that cost $14.99 but isn't worth $00.01.
This is the most ghastly tasting gunk that I ever put into my mouth. My wife bought this for my diet. I gave the bottle a squeeze and what came out looked like the contents of an infected pimple which foretold the taste of it too. This has as much relation to ranch dressing as motor oil to maple syrup. My wife took a taste and her expression on her face had the echo of Christmas Story when Ralphie had to suck on a bar of soap. No snap, no crisp flavor just a rather oily goo that coats the tongue with with a lingering air of all the whey powder, this powder and that powder in 10W30 concentration. Paleo it isn't as anybody from paleolithic era would spit it out and probably eat dirt to kill the taste. If you, dear reader, haven't guessed yet, I absolutely condemn "Taste" Ranch Dressing of the zero sugar zero sodium and zero taste.

Mayo substitute
It is more like a mayonnaise. I use for a sandwich spread. It is thicker than ranch dressing and really don't taste like ranch . On the plus side it is no sodium and low cal so I will continue to use it as a mayo substitute.

Not worth it if you like ranch
No salt and no sugar means a weird taste. It’s not worth the trade-off.
