I like this tea. Mullein soothes and thyme warms, so it's an excellent combination if you feel as if you're you're run down.

I felt the effects of this Mullein tea days after starting to drink it. My lungs felt clearer and my breathing easier which is what I purchased it for, tick! The health benefits worked for me.It was a little expensive so I will probably look for other brands. The taste was a rather like a pasta meal rather than a tea due to the inclusion of herbs but not that off putting.

I drank this tea as described 2 to 3 times a day and although it has a calming affect and taste was good it didn't relieve the clean from my chest I've still got some left and will use them up but I don't think I will buy again.

If you have a phlegm problem, this tea is great for clearing it fast.
