Great machine; Great customer service; Great taste water
Bought this unit Dec 2024. Really happy with the unit. It comes with a set of filters installed so I do not need to buy separately to get started. The water taste a lot better. We have around 300 reading from the TDS reading and we can consistently get less than 40 from this machine after filter. We can actually taste the difference between this and a stall filter bought from supermarket.One reason I bought this machine is that it is able to pre filter the water into an internal storage tank so I do not need to wait the water just out instantly.Customer service was pretty good. I encountered an issue with the machine and Lylan was able to help me troubleshoot and send me a replacement unit that arrived in 5 days.

After buying spring water in plastic bottles since moving into an Apt,…..! I did not like the taste of tap water! Water sitting in plastic bottles for who knows how long, did not sound good to me. I checked the local city water, 44 contaminants, OK to drink by some Dept. of whatever. Soooo I checked GOOGLE, YOUTUBE, AMAZON reviews. Mostly I looked for negative reviews, some were funny and some very odd. reistgReSure I am a 90 year old guy that usually does not read instructions, in this case a good idea. Wife said she was not going to like it, check photo….. she has changed her mind. Unit was packed perfectly, did flushes as required. However like others , why dump out good water? Called customer service early in the morning, no answer…. Few minutes later got a call. “Looks like you called us”, answered my question reference dumping the water. Water you do not want to drink! We received two extra filters with the unit.We love this THING…. I did get small appliance movers, so nice. I saw several complaints ref. out of warranty. Register the item, it comes with one year, now you will have two years. For us, if it last one year, it is a free unit, two years we saved $450,,after buying new filters. As a side note, I do not like drinking water for some reason, this is changing that problem. For me the CUSTOMER SERVICE is the best I have experienced, how many Companies can you call and talk to a real person! Even get a call to see if you like the unit……

They honored the warranty and provided me with a replacement unit.
The filter meets all my specific needs—it's compact, easy to use, and allows me to control the water volume effortlessly, so I use it daily.When I experienced an issue, I reached out to customer service. They were courteous and guided me through troubleshooting steps. Since the problem couldn’t be resolved using the remote controls, the company decided to send me a new filter.Thank you!!!

I purchased this model in December of 2022 and was very happy with it until it started to leak in October of 2024. Since it worked very well for almost 2 years, I decided to replace it with another of the same model. Unfortunately, it didn't work out of the box and returned it right away and replaced it with a new one of the same model, again. When set up as I had set up the previous units, it sounded a bit odd, and the lights were not functioning the same as the original unit. The holidays were upcoming and since it was filtering water, however, much slower than the original unit, I would just let it be. But no. It completely failed after the New Year. I could not return it because there was only a one month return window on this product. I called customer service and explained the situation. Thankfully someone listened and authorized a return.Today, I received a notice that a refund is in process less a $50 damage fee. I don't believe that they understood why I was returning the unit in the first place. I returned the unit because it was damaged. It never functioned correctly in the first place.I tried to call customer service with no luck.I did buy another of the same unit the same day the faulty unit failed because of how convenient I found the original 2022 purchase, however, had I known that I would be experiencing this problem, I never would have purchased another one. Nor will I be purchasing another product from this company again. OK. Call me a slow learner. But I got now.
